The Challenge
Following a considerably increasing necessity in new employees a decision on the search of the candidate engaged in personnel recruitment was made. A successful candidate should have had a good experience in the field of personnel recruitment, be maximum result-oriented and also fluent in Romanian, Russian and English languages.
The Approach
There were shortlisted candidates having required experience and abilities that could help to implement successfully the tasks implied by this position, and namely being able to recruit new employees in short terms and with maximum quality.
The Result
After quite a long search the required candidate was identified. Following several interviews the Client hired the candidate.
