The Client
A foreign company in software development field.
The Challenge
The Client was opening its branch, which should have perform software development, in Chisinau. At the initial stage it was planned to identify several start-level programmers with minimal work experience, who would follow a short-term training. The position of a Junior Developer (Junior Programmer) required the search for candidates having medium work experience and a fluent English.
The Approach
During the search of candidates we were focused on the graduates of the current and previous years of university, who would already have a minimal work experience and fitted the Client’s requirements.
The Result
After a number of interviews two of our candidates were hired.
