A well-known international company, one of the world’s premier producers of dairy products.
The Challenge
Following the restructure of the Client’s company there appeared a challenge of increasing the work efficiency of Logistics Department. A Candidate with a good work experience in a similar position at a large production enterprise needed to be identified for the position of the Head of the Department. The Candidate should've been fluent in English and should have preferably had work experience in a foreign company.
The Approach
Candidates having work experience in production logistics, possessing strong managerial qualities, who could be successful at this very responsible position, were shortlisted.
The Result
We managed to identify a candidate with a previous experience in an international production company in the field of logistics, having managerial experience and possessing all the required knowledge.
