Client Relations Associate


About the company:

HR-Consulting srl, an HR services company with 21 years on a market, having been delivering services mostly to well-known multinational companies, in order to expand its team is looking for candidates to fill the position within the Personnel Leasing department.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are engaged and getting the most value from our services
  • Proactively work with clients to understand and to satisfy their needs
  • Reporting in a timely manner (using MS Excel)
  • Manage ongoing projects
  • Support team colleagues where and when required

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience within an international business environment
  • Problem-solver with a focus on delivering results.
  • Customer focused with a drive to develop and nurture relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Organize and communicate information clearly)
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong computer efficiency (Microsoft Excel & Word)
  • Fluency in Romanian, English, and Russian languages
