Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Plan, organize and supervise human resources activities;
  • Ensures the correct interpretation and application of the Company's personnel policies in accordance with the legal norms and applies legal provisions in the field of employment relations;
  • Update the information in the internal HR system;
  • Develops and implements human resources and customer service strategy, policies and procedures in conjunction with company policy;
  • Organizes and coordinates the entire recruitment, hiring, training and development process;
  • Plan and coordinate new employee orientation to facilitate their integration into the , as well coordinates and organizes employee training;
  • Care out periodical employees satisfaction survey
  • Perform periodical employee evaluation 
  • Develop and care out loyalty program to insure customer satisfaction 
  • Participates in other administrative activities that require HR Manager involvement

Key knowledge of the role:

  • Fluent English, Romanian and Russian
  • University degree, focus on finance, economics or human resources 
  • Relevant experience in the financial services sector in Moldova, knowledge of human resourses legislation and business practices
  • Proven people management and leadership capabilities; ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives
  • Strategic thinking, organization skills and negotiating capabilities
  • High degree of responsibility and confidentiality
  • Ability to plan and prioritize;
  • Team and customer oriented 
  • Ambitious and motivated by challenge
