STAFF LEASING

HR-CONSULTING renders services on providing Temporary Staffing both on short-term base (Staff Leasing) and long-term leasing (Outsourcing), as well as the service of personnel withdrawing from company’s in-house staff (Outstaffing).

The aforementioned services - Staff Leasing, Outsourcing, Outstaffing – make it possible for employer to more flexibly use human resources and company’s abilities.
Company-Client cedes to HR-Consulting a part of its obligations to employees. At that, Client’s employees are legally employed within the staff of HR-Consulting.
Employer may apply to the given service if:

  • There exist headcount restrictions at representation or affiliate of a foreign company
  • There is foreseen staff reduction of a Company, without workers’ number being cut off
  • Employer starts business in Moldova without any company being legally incorporated
  • There exists a necessity to enrol employees on temporary base to carry out some project
  • There should be replaced a temporary left employee (for instant, long-term maternity leave)
  • Company wishes to reduce administrative burden for HR bookkeeping, as well as for salary calculating and reimbursing

Upon rendering the given service, HR-CONSULTING becomes a formal employer for the Company-Client’ employees and assumes full legal and financial liability upon relation with temporary staff. And namely:

  • Concluding labour agreement with employees in accordance with the labour law of the Republic of Moldova
  • Taking employees on the staff of HR-CONSULTING
  • Handling staff administration in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova
  • Salary computation and payment, as well as deduction of all taxes and dues in accordance with the effective legislation (including reimbursements for sick-leaf, business trips, bonuses, vacations etc.)
  • Cancellation of labour relations
