  • Management of incoming calls
  • Analysis and processing of demands
  • Monitoring and documentation of problem solving activities
  • Configuration and remote control of product/service
  • Providing information about the customers status and technical support


Requirements:
  • English and Italian - medium/advanced
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Internet, E-mail
  • Strong organizational and control skills, rapid problem solving, results orientation, effectiveness in interpersonal relationships and the ability to listen, attention to detail
