- Develops and executes the 3-year strategy plan to achieve sales targets and expand our international bussines
- Identifies ways to approach potential clients from new industries,develops the best-selling propositions and scripts for the team
- Keeps a close eye on the sales activities of competitors and implements new business initiatives to drive sales and grow client’s life time value.
- Grows the existent team through training and development programs and keeps them motivated, through weekly meetings and individual sessions with team leaders and sales managers.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
