Job Description
  • Working with company clients and is supporting groups within the company, providing professional and efficient service to their networks
  • Responsible for Providing onsite and remote support to the company’s customers
  • Managing customer service request tickets
  • Conducting field activities such as system upgrades and maintenance visits

Qualifications and experience required to perform this job
  • English (speaking and writing) – mandatory
  • Relevant technical education – mandatory
  • Knowledge with networking as well as the ability to use diagnostic tools such as traceroute, ping, packet analyzer – mandatory
  • Willingness to fly abroad – about 30% +  of the year
  • Familiar with Linux and Windows operating environments
  • Good communication skills and teamwork
  • Experience in high tech/IT customer support – advantage
