1.1. The Recruitment Company HR-Consulting (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") undertakes to protect the personal data of the persons applying for the vacancies announced by the Company, in accordance with Law no. 133 from 08.07.2011 regarding the protection of personal data and the Requirements for ensuring the security of personal data in their processing within the personal data information systems, approved by the Government Decision no. 1123 of 14.12.2010.
1.2. The present Terms of personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are an extract from the Personal Data Security Policy and the Regulation on the processing of information containing personal data in the information system for staff search and selection (recruitment) services, approved within the Company, containing the main conditions of personal data processing within the Company's information system for staff search and selection (recruitment) services.
1.3. The company is based in Chişinău, Blvd Stefan cel Mare 180, of. 711 and registered at the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP) under the number 00000XX-XX.
1.4. By submitting your personal data by email or through the Company's web page, you agree to have read, understood and accepted these Personal Data Processing Terms.
2. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND PROCESSING
2.1. For the purpose of providing staff search and recruitment services and for the purpose of hiring persons in the Company's states, it requests and/or receives from the individuals various documents containing personal data, the main being (but not limited to) the CVs of these individuals, letters of motivation and references to these persons issued by third parties.
2.2. The company collects, stores and processes the following personal data:
- name, surname and patronymic;
- date and place of birth;
- family situation;
- telephone number;
- mobile phone number;
- address (domicile / residence);
- e-mail address;
- profession and/or workplace;
- professional formation – diplomas - studies;
- physical characteristics (if the person has disabilities);
- the size of salary, prizes, bonuses, incentives and payments and other types of income that are paid by employers.
2.4. The Company processes, stores and uses personal data to evaluate and recruit candidates, to offer them vacancies at its clients' companies or at the Company itself, to check the references, to respond to different requests from existing customers or potential ones.
2.5. The personal data of the candidates are solely processed by the persons authorized by the Company for this purpose, who have access to these data in the manner and within the limits set by the Security Policy. Personal data are not transmitted by the Company partially or wholly to third parties without the express consent of the subjects of these data.
2.6. In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 133 of 08.07.2011 the subjects owning personal data have the following rights:
Right for information,
Right of access to personal data,
Right of intervention on the personal data,
Right of opposition of the subject.
3. INFORMATION SECURITY
The Company guarantees the security and confidentiality of the personal data processed in its information system, in accordance with the law.
4. THE PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
4.1. The processing of personal data is made under and in accordance with the legal provisions in force of the Republic of Moldova.
4.2. Any processing of personal data is done for well-defined, explicit and legitimate purposes, appropriate, relevant and non-excessive in relation to the purpose for which they are collected and further processed.
4.3. Personal data is processed only by authorized persons, indicated in the Security Policy.
4.4. Personal data security measures are set up to ensure an adequate level of security of processed personal data.
4.5. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the rights of the data subject established by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova in the field of personal data protection.
4.6. The Company provides all technical and organizational measures necessary to protect personal data against accidental or illegal destruction, loss, modification, disclosure or unauthorized access.
5. UPDATES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING CONDITIONS
5.1. The Company periodically updates these Personal Data Processing Terms and Conditions as well as the Security Policy. The current version of this document is published on the Company's website - www.search4staff.com.
