HR & Administrative Specialist

An international company founded in 2010, which is providing accounting, payroll and HR administration services for businesses in key European countries.

Requirements:
  • University degree;
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a must;
  • Good experience in related area is required: office administration, personnel administration;
  • Strong knowledge of the Labor Legislation of the Republic of Moldova
  • MS Office (MS Excel): advanced level;
  • Highly self-motivated and able to operate autonomously when necessary.

Responsibilities:
  • Daily HR administration in a close co-operation with HR & Payroll services Provider;
  • Health & Safety administration in compliance with the local Legislation;
  • Maintenance and updating employees’ performance appraisal and the bonus systems;
  • Travel expenses management;
  • Time & Attendance management;
  • Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery, equipment and cafeteria goods;
  • Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs;
  • Maintaining the relationship with suppliers of the company;
  • Printing papers and managing filing systems;
  • Other tasks related to the position.
